Two major ski races will be held at Coronet Peak next week.
The races have been moved from Australian ski area Mt Hotham.
The Continental Cup race, which includes Giant Slalom and Slalom, will be held next Monday and Tuesday.
Coronet Peak spokesman Richard Murphy said he was "stoked" to have more high level races held after the success of the Canadian International Ski Federation (FIS) race last week.
He said they "offer a real opportunity for world class race action to the teams training here."
"This event will showcase Olympians and national team athletes from New Zealand and around the world."
Expected to take part in the races are skiers from the Canadian, American and Slovenian national technical teams as well as the New Zealand national team.
